Creo que este lugar era el único restaurante abierto el domingo a las 11 am, tal vez antes. La web dice abierto a las 6 am. Los otros restaurantes de la ciudad dijeron que estaban abiertos en Google, pero no lo estaban. Orden de los bocadillos mostrados. Usualmente justo, barato, chica de mostrador hablaba bastante buen inglés y era amable y paciente. Comer dentro y fuera. Lo recomendaría.

27/09/2025: We really loved everything! The place is centrally located, quiet, and very welcoming. The entire staff is kind, friendly, and welcoming. The ingredients are excellent, as is the execution of each dish: flavorful, balanced, and meticulously prepared. They're truly talented!
20/09/2025: What a gem! After traveling through all of Italy this menu stood out for it's innovative take on classic dishes.And executed to perfection 👌. As a bonus the chef plays guitar and sings later in the evening. We had a great little wine, ossobucco and pici with mussels. Well presented and beautifully prepared. Hopefully we'll be back Tuesday. Thank you for a great evening.

Ristorante Dietro le Quinte

11/10/2025: Very nice restaurant in a beautiful setting. Great food, service and music. We had 3 dishes - Bottoni with Orange Duck, Gnudi with Ricotta and Spinach in sage and Truffle Sauce and Gnocchi in tomato and Basil Sauce and Ricotta - all yummy!!!! The only downside is the location, as it’s a rather long walk from the free parking lot outside the Centro Storico and back. If you plan on visiting the Centro Storico anyway (which you should, as it’s beautiful), do yourselves a favor and don’t skip this restaurant!
