I am the owner of the Guida bar, my name is Martino Guida, I am writing only to respond correctly to Mr. Giovanni Miccolis, who came as a customer with his wife about a week ago, he was served by a boy (intern) who had just started working for a few hours, first of all I am sorry for the negative evaluation that Mr. Miccolis decided to enter, but as I always do in these situations, I promptly realized the mistake made by the intern, I apologized the boy and I, we remade the coffee, Mr. Miccolis and his wife, after my explanations, seemed to good-naturedly understand what had happened and we took our leave with a greeting and smiles... perhaps they were not very genuine smiles!
