Whenever I visit Mondovì I always make sure to come here. I love it. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and great coffee. Even though I can’t speak Italian, I know I should, the staff are always friendly (it helps that my wife speaks Italian haha). Would definitely recommend if you’re ever in Mondovì!

Very kind owners, it was me and my wife plus another couple, passing through Mondovì, and we had a good time. We had a quick travel meal, with one course each, including wine and coffee. I ate some good meatballs with pan-fried garlic green beans. The bill was honest, only 15-16 euros each. I recommend the place!

25/06/2025: The restaurant is showing its age, but the landlady is very friendly and gives her all. We had a very pleasant conversation with her. The food is typically local and very good. The value for money is very good. Please note: No longer a hotel. Only a restaurant.
19/05/2025: Historic restaurant in the center of Canale. Good food, careful presentation, typical Piedmontese menu with revisited 80s menus. Attentive and attentive service. Worth a try. We have not tried the rooms
