Bar Gori Cibus In Montecatini-terme

We've been regulars for dinner for two years, from late October to early November. The dishes are delicious, from pasta to pizza, including desserts. This year I also tried the exceptional fish dishes!!! I definitely recommend it; the place is beautiful, and the staff is helpful, kind, friendly, and very well-trained.

I visited Cibus on two separate evenings during my stay, and both experiences were very pleasant. This restaurant offers a warm, casual atmosphere with a solid selection of Italian classics. The food quality was consistently good, and everything we tried left a positive impression. The pasta dishes were tasty and well-prepared, with rich, comforting sauces. The pizzas, in particular, were very good, thin, light, and flavorful, exactly the way authentic Italian pizza should be. We also enjoyed both the house white and red wine, which paired nicely with the dishes and added to the overall dining experience. The service was correct and efficient. The staff were attentive enough without being intrusive, and all orders arrived on time. Even though the restaurant was busy, everything functioned smoothly. Overall, Cibus is a very good choice if you are looking for a reliable, tasty meal in a relaxed environment. A solid place with good food, good wine, and a pleasant atmosphere definitely worth visiting.

Some of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten, top-notch fillet meat. The basic pizzas need a bit of a rethink; I'd focus on the meat, which is truly the strong point.

The meat dishes cost twice as much for quality and quantity, and including a side would make them more palatable. The pizza isn't bad, if you like thin crust; the only flaw is the lack of toppings. The service is courteous, despite the long wait times.

Neither good nor bad, but the pizza is good and for a Saturday night in Montecatini Terme it is definitely a place to consider.
