Come è mia consuetudine...ogni volta che torno a Montecatini Terme la pausa pranzo è sempre al Cibus! Premetto che questa volta mi sono recato in un'orario a dir poco fuori dalla consueta pausa pranzo, ma ho trovato ugualmente il servizio ristorante attivo. Per cominciare ho ordinato un antipasto toscano, con l'aggiunta di un tris di bruschette tipiche.A seguire, sono rimasto nella tipica tradizione toscana, e ho preso il bis toscano, composto da un assaggio di pappa al pomodoro e ribollita. Beh...che dire tutto ottimo! Alla prossima!!!

Acabo de entrar en Cibus porque era el armario para mí, pero estaba tan sorprendido por el estándar de la comida, que era excelente. Precios justos $$ por una comida de buen tamaño y son deliciosos. Una buena opción de vino también. Siempre tengo buen servicio, solo hago contacto visual cuando los necesito y vienen. Sí, cuando está ocupado, puede que tengas que esperar un poco más por tu comida, pero bueno, así es la vida: relájate y bebe tu vino, estás de vacaciones. Al menos estás recibiendo una comida fresca no una que acaban de meter en un microondas y calentar.
