A chance stop on our way to Citta di Castrillo brought us to this restaurant. Nothing to say! We had lunch with a fillet of beef in pink peppercorn sauce. Excellent! Tender! The cooking was perfect. The selection of sides is wide and can satisfy everyone. I would add that the place is clean. What more could you ask for? We often pass through Montecatini, and we will definitely make it a stop in the future.

Come è mia consuetudine...ogni volta che torno a Montecatini Terme la pausa pranzo è sempre al Cibus! Premetto che questa volta mi sono recato in un'orario a dir poco fuori dalla consueta pausa pranzo, ma ho trovato ugualmente il servizio ristorante attivo. Per cominciare ho ordinato un antipasto toscano, con l'aggiunta di un tris di bruschette tipiche.A seguire, sono rimasto nella tipica tradizione toscana, e ho preso il bis toscano, composto da un assaggio di pappa al pomodoro e ribollita. Beh...che dire tutto ottimo! Alla prossima!!!

Kind and knowledgeable waitress. We ate three slices of porcini mushrooms with a side dish of baked potatoes and Chianti red wine. All excellent, highly recommended

Me alojo en un hotel cercano y algunos días, después de un largo día, todo lo que quiero hacer es tomar una comida rápida y acostarme. Acabo de entrar en Cibus porque era el armario para mí, pero estaba tan sorprendido por el estándar de la comida, que era excelente. Precios justos $$ por una comida de buen tamaño y son deliciosos. Una buena opción de vino también. Siempre tengo buen servicio, solo hago contacto visual cuando los necesito y vienen. Sí, cuando está ocupado, puede que tengas que esperar un poco más por tu comida, pero bueno, así es la vida: relájate y bebe tu vino, estás de vacaciones. Al menos estás recibiendo una comida fresca no una que acaban de meter en un microondas y calentar. El camarero dejará tu factura en tu mesa y tú ve al lado al punto de caja a pagar cuando hayas terminado. ¡Hasta ahora he estado bacl dos veces!
