We’ve been in Florence for a month now and this is our favorite restaurant. Not so much about the food—although it’s very good—but because of the atmosphere and the staff. I’m a big tennis fan and I’m so glad to discover Ginori. They showed all my favorite games! But watching sports didn’t distract one from enjoying their food and time there. They let me stay as long as I want (and tennis matches could be so long…) and they fed me well. The staff is really friendly.

Very good food (four cheese gnocchi)
On the other hand, the service is a bit of a hassle; you really feel like the waiters are waiting for you to finish your meal so that another customer can be seated. The service is fast but very rushed, and barely friendly (we were yawned in the face when the bill came).
In short: if you don't like being scrutinized and rushed while enjoying a good meal, move on.

The ambiente is nice, the location looks beautiful. The food is mediocre with parts being marked as deep-frozen on the menu. You will find better restaurants in Florence in the same prize range. But it really depends on the dish. Some of us enjoyed their meals (Carbonara, Lasagne), other rather not (Pici Salsiccia, Steak). Sad for an Italian restaurant in Italy is to serve Gouda instead of Parmiggiano with the pasta.

Me Comí una carne y estuvo bien pero vi en otros restaurantes cercanos a menor precio, ademas no hay claridad en la Carta, te dice que 5 euros por 100 gramos pero al final me cobraron 56 euros por que me trajeron un pedazo de no sé cómo la cobran solo para que tengan claridad. Mi esposo pidió una raviolis que dijo que muy normales y mi hermano unos spaguetti carbonara y dijo que ha comido mejores.

Tuvimos una comida encantadora aquí durante una semana en Florencia. Por alguna razón el restaurante parece atraer algún comentario negativo de algunos, pero no teníamos nada de qué quejarnos. El servicio fue rápido y amable, consejos sobre las opciones de menú cuando se le preguntó, etc. La comida (pizza y raviolis) estaba bien preparada, bien presentada y servida caliente - lo más importante es que era muy sabroso! Precios a la par con cualquier restaurante similar, sin duda recomendaría
