Bar Gianicolo In Roma

Historic bar, ideal place to relax after a walk on the Janiculum.

An original, friendly and fast service. Enjoyed fresh orange, ginger, carrot juice, 4 mini sandwiches, tea and something sweet. There is space inside and out. Toilet is clean. My visit is thanks to Brodsky, as a little fan, I wanted to feel where the famous poet took his break.

My favorite bar in Rome. I stayed just down the street, a 1 minute walk, for two months and was a daily and at times evening regular. The staff was like family and would even bring out biscuits for my dogs. Excellent coffee, fresh baked goods and a friendly neighborhood feel. Do stop by when visiting the piazza garibaldi.

Picturesque place like those who work there

When you randomly return to a place you frequented thirty years ago and find a welcoming place and wonderful managers.

The bartender made the best coffee and I think I am in love. I would definitely return when in Rome. The Cafe had a good atmosphere and a lot of locals go here so you know the croissants and coffee will be good. The coffee was delicious and food was very tasty. The croissant was fresh and delicious. The Cafe had a good atmosphere and I would recommend if in the Janiculum Hill area. Definitely is worth the visit.
