I came here at 11 on a Sunday and they’re unfortunately out of pastries. Great spot to drink coffee and watch gondolas and people passing by. The owners are kind. However, during the few hours there I saw some rude North American tourists acting entitled and patronizing towards the staff. I won’t assume these tourists from the USA though there’s a high possibility. Some of these reviews are probably tourists offended that there are rules outside their country and it turns out they can’t just do whatever they want. Come enjoy a coffee or a spritz and treat others the way you’d like to be treated, and you’ll have a great time.

I stopped by for a break while walking around town and ordered a lemon soda. It was pretty good. July was hot.

Absolutely loved this place! Zanzibar has a great view and an amazing vibe, perfect for anyone who just wants to relax and clear their mind. Honestly, they serve the best iced latte in Venice. Great coffee, lovely staff, and a wonderful atmosphere. Will definitely come back! 🙌🏼❤️

We had a wonderful breakfast at Zanzibar! The food was fresh and delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back the next time we’re in Venice. Highly recommended!

After the bad taste left by eating at the "pizzeria" across the street, it served us well for a magnificent coffee 👌.

Best service, coffee and pastry in Venice! And the location is so peaceful and not many tourists!

The coffee was delicious and the girls who served us were super friendly and quick; we came back for breakfast the next day because of their kindness and price.
