25/04/2026: A historic beach resort with a restaurant in Ladispoli, recently completely renovated. Bright atmosphere, soft colors. We had lunch today. The food was excellent: the battered cod meatballs were superbly fried, the spaghetti with clams was noteworthy, the calamarata with seafood and shrimp delicious, and the grilled fish was excellent. All the fish was very fresh and well-cooked. Service was a bit slow, but it was sold out, and the staff were attentive and courteous. Special mention goes to the restrooms, which usually leave something to be desired in beach resort restaurants, but here they were truly complete and clean. There was only one thing I didn't like: we ordered a prosciutto and mozzarella appetizer as described on the menu, and instead of mozzarella, they delivered burrata. It was delicious, but menu changes must be announced in advance, and furthermore, when the waitress brought the dish, she described it as buffalo mozzarella. In any case, we brought this to the attention of the maître d', who responded with a very professional apology. Would I go back? Absolutely.
