Fab bar run by Benito who is very friendly and welcoming and a great ski tour guide. We enjoy drinking here with friends every year when in Bormio and we'll be back soon.

23/03/2025: Si mangia sempre bene in questo ristorante: piatti della tradizione e non abbondanti e ben curati. E' anche l'occasione per farsi consigliare alla scoperta di vini che, nel rispetto della tradizione e della qualità, consentono di sperimentare nuove cantine e novità di vinificazione. Bravi!
14/03/2025: Alloggiando un paio di notti all’hotel Nevada abbiamo anche usufruito del loro ristorante dove ci siamo sempre trovati bene con la loro cucina della tradizione locale. Buona anche la selezione di vini locali tra cui una raccolta tardiva di nebbiolo che si sposava benissimo con il cervo. Bene anche la colazione a buffet.

16/02/2025: I was present at the inauguration of the restaurant 45 years ago and the wise skill of the chef Scinetti created a widespread network of enthusiastic customers who contributed to maintaining and extending the knowledge of a restaurant with the charm of simple elegance. Naturally over the years the menu has changed several times even if some dishes appear unchanged over the years because they are excellent.
05/02/2025: Excellent restaurant, delicious and quality food. definitely worth trying. Compliments to the chef and the service!
