One of the best ice creams I've eaten. Everything has an amazing taste, you can feel that excellent local ingredients are used. The peculiarity is that you find very particular flavors, the bitter almond flavor with orange is fantastic, pistachio that tastes like pistachio, dark chocolate from Modica, delicious granitas, even the cream is fantastic. Absolutely recommended!!!

Ice cream shop discovered by chance. What an assortment! And what quality. Excellent tastes. I quite love trying Venezuelan chocolate, Grecian pistachio (sweet), Avola almond, Nebrodi hazelnut and salted butter caramel. One better than the other! I will definitely come back for a brioche with ice cream. I got the flavors above in the tray

A good ice cream with real ingredients: pistachio tastes like pistachio and you can see and feel the grain! A selection of particular flavours: I tried almond, salted peanuts, Greek pistachio, salted pistachio, sesame and honey, Venezuela chocolate, peach, mango, lemon with basil... all delicious!

Gelateria eccezionale!
La granita al caffè con la panna è quasi superiore alle granite messinesi…accompagnata da una brioche è il top!
Non contenta ho provato anche i gelati: nocciola, pistacchio, cassata siciliana e fior di latte sono superlativi! Complimenti e a presto 🔝

Volevo fare un giro in moto con la mia compagna e data la temperatura prendere un buon gelato,leggendo le recensioni,da Palermo siamo arrivati a balestrate,posto molto carino,personale molto accogliente,e il gelato... Che dire... Uno spettacolo,voto 10... Rispecchia il vero gelato artigianale siciliano di una volta e non quei gelati tutto zucchero preparati da macchinari etc ... Per chi ama gustare un vero gelato artigianale lo consiglio al 100%...
(PS... I chilometri fatti sono stati ripagati 😁 )
