10/01/2026: In Trieste, there's a trattoria where traditional dishes are lovingly crafted by a family that's been cooking for years. Want to try some petoci? Trattoria Da Ucio is the place for you! Very generous portions, and they'll even share the recipe. The value for money is truly perfect in a place not many people know about. Worth trying more than once. Best to book!
