If you are in the area you cannot miss the best granita I have ever eaten in Sicily. Better "hooded" if the cream is to your taste. The modern restaurant could mislead you, but the granita you will taste is indisputably one of the best you can taste in Sicily. Tradition can be felt on your palate with every teaspoon.... Congratulations, keep it up!!!

31/01/2025: They had really creative chocolate here and the person staffing the desk did a great job of explaining things. I felt I learned quite a bit about the Modican way of making chocolate, how to enjoy it, and what it's all about. I was impressed with the aged chocolate, which really does take on a huge amount of flavor. Walked out with tons of gifts.
19/01/2025: WHAT CHOCOLATE! I did the tasting in January, and we picked up some products to take home. Despite a small problem with the chocolate, I immediately reported it to the company by telephone who responded promptly and sent us a free box two days later. For me this is work rigor and a prompt response to any need. Congratulations indeed!
