Marvelous ! But I tried the most delicious pasta NOT in Milan, Rome, Sardinia, Naples, or even on the Amalfi Coast. And here, at the resort of Viariggio. Maybe I was just unlucky. Always ! Always ! Ask the restaurant for a dish - a local specialty. Here I was lucky three times. Also the most delicious pizza. And the most delicious buyabes soup. Topchik! Best of the best!

The service is fast and friendly, the food is very delicious, I strongly recommend it to everyone. First-class place, definitely try this restaurant because here you get the original Italian pizza and the pasta dishes are also impeccable. Roberto is the best, thank you for everything Perfect 👍

26/09/2024: Finding this little gem is not easy! But once found it could become a drug to want to go back. Good food, unique and original environment but the jewel in the crown is Valeria, the landlady!!! Good, welcoming, helpful in short... I was there last night and I already want to go back... and I will go back!!! Very soon. Thank you Valeria for the enchanting evening!!!
16/09/2024: Beautiful atypical restaurant with unexpected flavours! The location and decor are really beautiful, artistic and unexpected. The food uses quality and fresh ingredients and brings amazing uncommon flavours and combinations. The menu seems to change quite frequently so my suggestion is to experiment and try things you usually wouldn’t order. I especially loved the “tonno concio” which is a huge chunk of tuna with a delicious creamy sauce on top (Mustard, Anchovies, Capers, Persil, Boiled Eggs) and the Carrot flan with Brie fondue. But overall everyone at the table really enjoyed what they ordered. Staff was super nice and service was great. Highly recommended, must try!!

Pizzeria Fuori di Piazza

03/12/2024: My favorite place while I lived here in Summer 2023. The lasagne (maybe called Lasagne alla Bolognese, non mi sicuro) was my absolute favorite. Everything was well priced and the staff was so friendly. If I ever return to Lucca, I will be coming here again!
08/11/2024: In this place the pizza and focaccia are excellent. Despite the frenzy of the festival days (Lucca Comics), the service manages to be kind on several occasions. The big flaw is the impossibility of making separate accounts which I can understand during the peak hours of the comics, but at the end of the evening in the tranquility they could also accommodate the request. I'm removing a star just for this inconvenience. At least we were divided into two tables of six people to manage ourselves more easily.
