Bar Eden In Viareggio

Food was okay, but the service was disappointing. This is the second day in a row I’ve witnessed rudeness from staff: yesterday directed at me, and today at other customers. At lunch, the restaurant had only three tables to serve, including mine. One table had ordered both appetisers and mains, and when asked if they wanted everything together, they said yes. The waiter first brought the appetisers, then just minutes later also brought the mains. Since the tables are quite small, there was no space for all the plates, and when the guests shrugged, the waiter snapped (in Italian), “And what am I supposed to do?” Later, when another table was waiting to order, after being reminded by his colleague, he loudly said, “Where did these two appear from?”, again in a rude tone, and loud enough for everyone to hear. The snapping, rude comments, and assuming no one understood his remarks in Italian really spoiled the experience. The food might be fine, but the service is simply not for me.

It was incredibly delicious. The service was excellent. You get your food very quickly. The atmosphere is very nice and homey. One of the best pizzas in the area. Perhaps the insider tip in Viareggio.

The pizza wasn't good; it tasted like a topped piadina. The staff was very friendly, especially the kid who looked like he had 30 years of experience (wonderful). The place was beautiful.

The food is good and reasonably priced. However, we only ordered classic pizza; I think you can get good food anywhere in Italy. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The outdoor terrace was cozy and nicely decorated. Overall, a satisfactory visit.

Fantastic place, you eat very well, fantastic dishes. super staff what can I say, I recommend it to everyone.

We had two sea salads, not bad. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, with a nice vibe. However, the tables were quite close together, which made it feel like we were dining with strangers. Despite that, we still enjoyed the experience and had a good time.
