23/07/2025: A pleasant restaurant overlooking the sea in Lingua (Salina), where the waiters are attentive and the food is excellent and plentiful. It's never too crowded, which allows for better attention than other restaurants, and there's plenty of shade (a wood and straw structure) that allows you to eat lunch (during particularly hot hours in the summer months) without suffering from the heat. I recommend the octopus salad and the Aeolian pasta: tasty and plentiful dishes. The coffee didn't meet my personal and not too demanding needs: perhaps a problem with the raw materials (primarily water), but on a Sicilian island, that's not surprising. Finally, I recommend the "sgroppino": a sorbet (in Sicily it's called "granita") with vodka for those with a more...alcoholic palate. Highly recommended.
