If you intend to go there, pick up the phone and book, certainly of all the places that are in the beautiful square of Tornavento it is the busiest and most popular, the few times I have passed there I have always found the queue of customers about a small table to drink an aperitif with a panoramic view of the valley. The staff is youthful and dynamic, they smile and always try to be on point, in my personal experience I had a spritz (out of gas) don't ask me why but it wasn't the usual spritz I'm used to, sorry because perhaps it could have happened in the confusion I had the bottle of prosecco that had been opened the day before and which shouldn't have been used for an aperitif as expected. Never mind, I hope it was just a limited episode, but I was so annoyed that I didn't even bother to report it to the guys, the omelette was now done, I'll go back but certainly with a more critical eye. Good work.

Genuine environment and staff, I found not only a good dish and good drinks but also good communication and empathy from the staff, people who put effort and kindness towards anyone without prejudice.
