Cozy restaurant in front of Church Maddalena. It has outside jabs inside seating. We had different pasta in different sauces (amatriciana, carbonara, sorrentina…). Staff very friendly and professional. We had some appetizers like Fiori di Zucca (pumpkin), fried calamari plus mozzarella.

A place with a beautiful view and a good variety of Spritzes to refresh. We only ordered some Roman artichokes and a shrimp cocktail. It wasn't bad, but being in Rome, those dishes definitely didn't stand out. Many locals who eat here surely have other notable dishes. The staff was very friendly.

Gran Caffe' Rione VIII

08/10/2025: Beautiful Coffee shop! The coffee was delicious and the setting divine. You can have baked goods, food & wine too! They have a nice selection of specialty chocolates and candy for a treat for yourself or a gift.

10/09/2025: The pizza is excellent and I thought the price was quite affordable. The only drawback is that only one of the waiters speaks English and none of them speak Spanish, probably because the area isn't very touristy. It helped that my son speaks Italian.
