Bar del Corso In Palermo

A fantastic place, very atmospheric, few tourists, mostly locals. The coffee is excellent. During our stay in Palermo, we stopped in for coffee and a croissant every day.

I was planning to visit a different, highly rated Café, but after seeing loads of super loud people I decided to trust the comments and visit Del Corso... and I am SO grateful I did! Can you get any more Sicilian atmosphere than here? I don't think so! There were a lot of people, but everyone speaking quietly, no shouting. The owner made coffee in the beautiful manner showing perfectly that this is what he does, and he sure does it with love. The mountain of cups waiting for the washing time just showed how ICONIC this place is, and then the coffee... I ordered an espresso macchiato and a cornetto. The coffee was perfect blend, I absolutely love the smell and the taste. Cornetto was fresh and full of marmalade. The place is just like its menu - so simple, and hence so perfect. It immediately became my favourite breakfast spot in the whole Palermo. Grazie!

Probably the best espresso in the world

An authentic Italian bar with excellent espresso and fresh cornettos at very reasonable prices. The al banco option, served directly at the bar, is particularly pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a true Italian bar experience.

The best coffee in Italy. A charming place.

This was the best coffee I’ve had in Palermo. You can truly feel how much care and attention they put into every cup — from the aroma to the presentation, everything was flawless. Both the cappuccino and the espresso were exceptional, and the prices were very fair for the quality.

Expensive for a regular bar. I ordered the smallest pizza for my child, but paid as if it were a large slice. I asked if they'd mixed it up, but they said no, the small and large are the same price...

Nothing to say: go for it! I love the ricotta brioche and the macchiato ☕️

A coffee and cake under €5 for this quality. This place is a must visit.

Very local vibe. The owner was super calm and you could see he is loving his café! Great cappuccino, definitely would come again!
