Friendly, helpful and so tidy and decorous staff that they all have the same uniform which changes from time to time. I don't know the cadence because I don't attend daily! Young but polite and prepared girls even on those few occasions where they are not under the watchful eye of the owner. We also choose it because in the morning they are prompt in serving you so that you can afford a fleeting and succulent stop. Clean toilet. I really like the upper terrace overlooking Piazza d'Armi for aperitifs in good weather. Price in line with quality and location.
