Located in Piazza della Frutta in the center of Padua, Bar dei Osei has been the go-to place for aperitivo for years. An Aperol Spritz and a freshly made hot porchetta sandwich are the perfect combo. The tramezzini are another must-try for aperitivo! They're generously filled with excellent quality ingredients; reheated, they're even better! We recommend the ones with porchetta (zucchini or eggplant) or the classic prosciutto and mushrooms, always a sure thing. The service is excellent and fast, and the bar owner is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling. If you're in the center of Padua, this is the place to go for a great aperitivo!

We stopped in for an Aperol Spritz and some tramezzini. The classic ham, mushrooms, and cheese were noteworthy; peppers and porchetta, cabbage, sopressata, and cheese. Finally, the tuna and spring onions were also very good. The only drawbacks were the lack of a menu and the fact that they didn't arrive hot, even though we requested it. Recommended!

Porchetta Sandwich Nothing to say... spectacular! Soft bread, delicious, and tender porchetta. The kind of sandwich that makes you want another one right after the last bite. Simple yet delicious, as only well-made things can be.

Situated in a location that offers a view of the square, this bar, despite being crowded, is very quick and organized in handling customers. The tramezzini are very delicate in flavor. I expected them to be more flavorful, but overall I didn't find them bad. The spritz was quite strong, in my opinion. It's just a matter of taste!

The pork panini is so delicious! 4.5 euros each, very cost-effective

Bar degli Ossi isn't just a bar: it's a Paduan icon. But the real surprise is the incredible variety of "assorted" tramezzini: surprising flavor combinations, crafted with the precision and creativity of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Frequently frequented by young people and aperitivo veterans for at least four generations, it's the meeting place where every Paduan has stopped at least once, or more realistically, a hundred times. Summer or winter, it's always the right place. The service is quick, friendly, and always with a smile. And if you're lucky enough to meet Marco, the owner, be prepared: between a toast and a joke, fun is guaranteed.
