Egg plant parmigiana was simply to die for.
Pesto pasta was out of this world.
Sautéed prawns… my friend wants to move and work in the kitchen forever.
Desserts were amazing! Overall we had a fantastic time!

Wonderful place. We stayed in Monterosso for three nights and ate here twice because we just knew we would get a good meal. A bit pricey, but worth it. Also the service was exquisite, the main waitress (potential owner) remembered us the second time.
The lemon anchovies are the best intro to anchovies. The pesto dishes hit the spot. Good selection of local wines too, try them!

This is by far the best restaurant we have been to in Monterosso. Everything here is good. The quality of the food (simple, good ingredients, good portions) the service (great attention to detail), the atmosphere; everything. We had dinner here on the penultimate evening, and decided to eat here on our last evening too…. Highlights for us were the daily specials (which really change daily), the pasta vongole, and the tastiest tiramisu! In short; 100% recommended for foodies!

1st visit to Bistrot Tosca in Monterosso and was very happy we did. The staff we very pleasant and helpful and the food was excellent. Aubergine parmigiana for my wife and spaghetti with cod , Chillies , garlic and tomatoes for me ! Accompanied with a house white wine from the region . Great value , lovely setting and worth a visit.
