The first thing you notice at Tosca Bistrot in Monterosso is the extreme kindness: a detail that, in a highly touristed location, is doubly important. The menu is carefully curated, with dishes that are never banal, presented with attention to the finest ingredients and without unnecessary artifice. In the dining room, the service is impeccable: cutlery is changed after each course—a rarity these days, even in restaurants that define themselves as upscale. The wine list is curated by true wine lovers, featuring perfect local pairings. The owner is a discreet yet essential presence: her passion and attention are evident in every detail and truly add to the experience. The dessert menu is equally impressive: carefully curated, delicious, and consistent with the restaurant's philosophy. We won't say anything about the dishes: go and discover them. An experience that fully deserves its five and a half stars!

Superb meal and service. Great atmosphere. Everything was perfect. From the minestrone soup, seafood gnocchi, and pesto lasagna. Paired with local wine didn't disappoint. Highly recommended!

What a great little restaurant!! We had the most delicious dinner here & I had the best gnocchi I’ve ever tasted! The squid gnocchi was large & pillowy potato goodness. Loved it!! Service was super friendly & they had a great, local wine list.

Tuvimos una cena muy agradable en este pequeño restaurante, el personal nos dio la bienvenida cálidamente, acogedores asientos exteriores. En su mayoría opciones de mariscos, tuvimos pasta con lubina, ñoquis con marisco mixto, polpo crujiente y atún con corteza de pistacho, todas porciones muy buenas y de buen tamaño. La mayoría vinos locales. Volveré.

Wat een super vriendelijke eigenaar. Leuke plek. Prima terras. Het eten was heerlijk. Verse ingrediënten en goed van smaak. We hebben hier genoten van een heerlijke lunch. Zeker een aanrader
