Bar darling In Monreale

03/03/2026: I've been going to this McDonald's for years. The restaurant is very large and spacious, making it potentially convenient even during peak hours. Unfortunately, however, I've often encountered organizational issues: on several occasions, they've forgotten my order, and I've had to wait more than 40 minutes for a simple menu. Management during overcrowding seems inefficient and creates a lot of inconvenience. The food is uneven, as is typical for the chain: sometimes it's well-prepared and well-presented, other times it's decidedly below expectations. Overall, there's room for improvement, especially in terms of management.

27/01/2026: One of the best McDonald's in Palermo. Located in a prime location, the friendly and helpful staff are always ready to serve their customers. No issues to report.
