Tucked away in Sacca Fissola - Venice without the tourist frills - this is the perfect place to experience the "real" life of a Venetian today, unvarnished, without the embellishment of tourism, and of course honest and open - espresso al banco e brioche for less than 3 euros... and if you speak Italian, a friendly word about the day, the weather, politics, or simply dogs... welcome to the Venice of today for normal people... it doesn't get much more authentic in the lagoon.

04/09/2025: I've dined at this restaurant/pizzeria several times and have always had a great experience 👍. The pizzas are good 🍕 (they also offer takeout), but especially the fish dishes (I usually prefer the mixed grill 🐟🐙🦐). The staff is helpful and courteous. The quality/price ratio is definitely good too. They also accept meal vouchers 🎫, making this place an excellent option for those who have them. RECOMMENDED 👍.
