Highly recommended! location in the center of Andalo, excellent for skiing, they have a comfortable ski room and are 20 meters from the ski lift. Truly excellent food both in variety and quality, they serve about ten desserts every evening!!! We thank Alina for her courtesy! Cleanliness, organization and availability all impeccably perfect! Small spa, a bit crowded by children, we only used the external hydromassage. Parking in front of the hotel square uncovered and covered while spaces last, otherwise they have around 13 other spaces, in the underground car park 200 meters from the hotel, level -2 with the barrier that opens only with the room key. They have agreements with both the Pradel ski school and the Andalo ski rental. Truly recommended! We will definitely be back.

Left a few hours ago and were very happy with our 4 day break. As soon as we arrived we unloaded our suitcases there in front of the hotel, and then we were shown the underground car park, which was very large (which then flooded with the rain, but that's no one's fault 😂). Bringing our bags inside, we were greeted at check-in by friendly and helpful staff. We went to the room, large enough for 4 people and well furnished, comfortable beds and a small but functional bathroom. After a short but intense day of skiing we returned to the hotel, and after a bit of rest we went to the restaurant, where we found very kind and friendly waiters. After the buffet starter there were the substantial and good courses. Restorative rest, and the days repeat themselves. Until today, the last day, in which we unfortunately had to say goodbye to this beautiful hotel. We hope to return soon! P.S. We thank the reception for calling us to remove the car from the underground car park where there was a "principle of flooding"!

We stayed over the Easter period. Excellence in everything, especially in cooking and cleaning. Dishes with attention to the smallest details. Great care in the Easter dinner. Well-stocked breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the center of Andalo and above all close to the cable car departure and rentals. It has a very comfortable skiroom, therefore absolutely recommended for those who ski with children. It also has a decent spa with a sauna and Turkish bath, a small children's pool, a small adult pool, and an outdoor Jacuzzi. The property is well kept and very clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. Excellent breakfast and dinner. The only small note is that in the rooms it is really too hot and you are forced to keep the window open. But overall, for those who want to ski in an easy area for families, the hotel is highly recommended.

I spent a few days with my family from 11/01 to 14/01, the location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the center and bordering the ski lifts. The very nice room with a wooden bunk bed, which my children particularly liked. Good food, and very nice owner and also her daughter who follows all the sales and administration. Good value for money, we will return.

Hotel located right next to the ski lifts, an absolute convenience. Good food, cleanliness and availability. They have a spa and a very useful outdoor hot tub overlooking the Dolomites. They organize numerous activities even for non-skiers. Advised.

The location is its strong point, with a wonderful view of the Dolomites and 20 meters from the cable car, you don't even have to take the bus to go skiing, the food is excellent and the chefs are very good, the rooms are always clean and the staff is always nice and kind, it's a shame that the animators change every year. I recommend it for skiers but also for tourists who want to visit the place a bit
