Bar Colmean In Canale d'agordo

I'd actually been hearing about it for years, but I'd never found the time to go. Also, be careful: from what I understand, it's open mainly for lunch and Saturday evenings, and Sunday lunch. Their specialties? All the dishes, because they're cooked the "old-fashioned" way and with style. I recommend the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms for the first course and the rabbit for the second course. The desserts are delicious. The red wine (Merlot) is charming.

Although I have always frequented Caviola, I only discovered it a few years ago. Amazing! The restaurant in the valley with the best quality-price ratio. Family atmosphere and excellent food. The menu doesn't offer a huge variety, but what there is is of excellent quality. It is usually only open for lunch and weekend evenings, and it is advisable to book as there are few seats. Highly recommended!
