24/03/2025: In the Valentino Park, close to the Po river, the Eridano club is a very suggestive location. Already at the entrance gate, perhaps thanks to the evening time, it seems like entering a fairytale atmosphere that will soon be confirmed. The driveway, which slopes gently through the greenery towards the river, leads to a large and welcoming room. Behind it, a terrace overlooking the river is being set up. Inside, the tables are very well spaced, thanks to the generous space, allowing you to comfortably chat with your diners. The menu, of fish and meat, of the Piedmontese tradition, is very rich and offers dishes with excellent raw materials, packaged with care and attention to aesthetics. The service is quick and decidedly attentive and courteous. Good quality/price ratio. The classic review for a good restaurant could end here, if it weren't absolutely necessary to talk about the fantastic Chef Basilio! The creator of the tasty and beautiful gourmet dishes is also a truly welcoming, attentive, thoughtful, present and kind host! He knew how to brighten up the evening, however with delicacy and discretion, surprising us with the offer of small culinary surprises and gifts resulting from his artistic flair. The two little girls at our table, with joyful surprise, received numerous little animals, skilfully made with fruit and vegetables: a small artistic zoo, cheerful, colorful and fragrant. At the end of the pleasant dinner, the tireless and surprising host wanted to pay homage to the ladies with splendid bouquets made of potatoes and parsley. It is difficult to describe the enchanted atmosphere that chef Basilio was able to create, with his excellent cuisine, the generous and attentive welcome and hospitality, the unexpected and surprising artistic flair and irresistible empathy. Thank you very much for the unrepeatable and fairytale evening!
