22/03/2026: Excellent appetizers, with a truly remarkable fried cake: soft, light, and not at all dry. The cured meats were also good, and the giardiniera was very pleasant. The rice savarin was rich in flavor, while the guinea fowl with roast potatoes was tasty and well-cooked. As for desserts: simply wow! Fantastic tiramisu with mascarpone cream and a trifle prepared to perfection. Perfect and generous portions. We really enjoyed it!
