28/10/2025: Caminia deserves it because it's in the Gavinana neighborhood (or enjoy it if you live here). The flavor of these ice creams is truly delicate, not too sugary, and some flavors are so creative! Tale: Ettore: White chocolate and puffed rice Settimo gelo (rice cooked in milk with sugar, almonds, citron, and amaretto) Festina lente: milk, eggs, cream, ginger root, and candied citrus fruits. My favorite flavor, when available, is pine nuts.

25/10/2025: Highly recommended are the Caminia and Dubai Chocolate flavors! Very true to the original. We were impressed by the sweetness and helpfulness of the lady who served us. A lovely, authentic, and high-quality ice cream shop. Quality Very good ❤️
