After a stroll through the vibrant streets, we decided to pop in for some food and drinks, and we’re so glad we did! The pizza was fantastic—crispy, fresh, and topped with just the right balance of ingredients. It’s simple, honest food done well, and it hit the spot after a day of sightseeing. We paired it with a glass of red wine, which was smooth and satisfying, and a classic Spritz, which was perfectly refreshing. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and quaint. The vibe at Bar Palmisano is relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place to take a break, chat, and enjoy your food without feeling rushed. And the best part? It was incredibly inexpensive—such great value for the quality of the food and drinks, especially in such a beautiful spot like Burano. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual pizza, a drink, or just a place to relax while soaking in the local charm, Bar Palmisano is a must-visit. Pretty good shop. We got coffee and hot chocolate where both were quite good. We also had savory pies which were also very tasty. The cost was a bit steep but that was generally true in Venice.

Location is excellent, but waitress was unwelcoming

Ate very, very tasty tiramisu, had a cafe and drank a cappuccino. Took a short break. Service could be better and nicer 😉but the tiramisu made up for it.

It was raining so hard that I thought there wouldn't be any tourists, but everyone was here. Full of white seniors who speak English and German. There are plenty of indoor seats, the ladies are friendly, and the atmosphere of the store has a classic feel. If it hadn't rained, I wouldn't have come to a cafe like this in Burano, but it's a good store anyway.

This place deserves nothing less than a 5 Star review. Very friendly and attentive staff, delicious food, pastries and espresso. Cleanliness and attention to detail is clearly very important here from the cafe entrance to the restroom, the floors and the seating. Perfect stop for lunch on Burano!
