The lovely gentleman and his lady assistant helped me find a fresh decaf coffee and ground it for me to use in my moka pot for my three week stay. I enjoy my coffee in the quiet mornings without leaving the warmth of my apartment. I really appreciate their help ❤️ Grazie Mille!!!

Going to Sulmona and not stopping for breakfast at Di Marzio is truly a big mistake, a singular Art Nouveau style place, which has remained unchanged over time, a tea room with three tables, an intimate setting, excellent pastries, both the owner and the staff are kind.

Este bar tiene un ambiente atractivo de la década de 1950 con mucho de lo que parece fórmica. Buen capuchino pero me sorprendió que el encargado del bar tenía que comprobar el precio de la misma de una lista de precios que no pude ver. Resultó ser el lado caro. También me sorprendió tener que solicitar un recibo de caja (scontrino) ya que es un delito penal no suministrar uno o, como cliente, dejar un bar sin uno. El bar se está poniendo en riesgo de una visita de la Guardia di Finanza (alias Fiamma Giallo). Tiene que entender que no todos los turistas son idiotas.

I love these cafés frozen in time, where you expect D'Annunzio might enter. Good coffee.

Credo che sia un'eccellenza all'interno del centro storico di Sulmona, trovo che il caffè sia superlativo. Per una sosta durante la visita al centro storico, lo consiglio!
