Very close to the center, spacious pitches, good services

Excellent campsite. The location is very convenient; lazy people like me can bring their bikes, and then it's a snap to get to Lucca (I noticed some e-bikes for rent in Lucca, but I didn't check because I had my own). The electricity is excellent, and especially the water on the pitch. The pitches are small but adequate, and the ground isn't muddy. The bathrooms are convenient and close by. Andrea at reception is kind and helpful. Lucca is always beautiful!

Campsite for the price of a rest area. Conveniently located near the walls of Lucca and very close to the Puccini cycle and pedestrian path, which runs from Lucca along the Serchio River to its mouth and then on to Viareggio. Numerous, well-defined and spacious pitches, all with electricity and water, excellent and well-maintained amenities, and a friendly and helpful manager. The camper service is excellent and efficient.

We had a great time, the services were of excellent quality and the cleanliness was excellent.

Autumn review for this excellent campsite, located 1200 meters from the entrance to Lucca's walls at Porta Sant'Anna. Manager Andrea was prompt and thorough from the moment we booked (high season for Lucca Comics & Games), kind and welcoming upon our arrival, and always present at the times clearly indicated at the entrance. The entire site is tidy, clean, and well-maintained. The pitches are separated by hedges and have a pebbled surface (a real boon on rainy days), and each has a convenient turret with electricity and drinking water hookups. In addition to restrooms and showers, there is also a coin-operated laundry and dishwashing area. An experience worth repeating in the summer.

The interior of the bathrooms needs improvement.

We spent 3 nights at the campsite with a camper van and were completely satisfied. The campsite is clean and quiet. The owner is very pleasant and helpful and solves any problems immediately. From the campsite we were in the centre of Lucca in a few minutes by bike. The journey along the river to Pisa is also pleasant.

Very quiet, peaceful, safe, and clean. The accommodations are separated by greenery, ensuring privacy. Close to the center. An inexpensive campsite with very friendly service. The owner was very nice and, in our case, very helpful. We recommend it, as we will definitely be back. Thank you for your help (broken window). We arrived safely – best regards. The parking space is ideal for visiting Lucca, just a few minutes away by bike (a beautiful bike path along the Serchio River). The restrooms are okay, but cleanliness is moderate. Quiet at night. We felt safe (barrier closed after 8 p.m., video surveillance). Cash only. Electricity and shower are included in the €30 per night. A lovely little pizzeria (Bonabao) with delicious food is a 10-minute walk away.

The site is ideally located for exploring Lucca on foot or by bike. There's a bit of noise from the nearby shooting range during the day, but we were there anyway. The lack of toilet paper may be thanks to the campers, who restock their supplies whenever they find rolls. 😉 The price/performance ratio for Lucca is okay.
