Great campsite in a great location. Yes, it's basic and dated. Toilets and showers are clean. The dishwashing area, unfortunately, less so.
But there is a pool – large and clean, and the lawn is completely surrounded by hedges. Sun loungers and awnings are provided.
We received a very friendly welcome shortly before 8 p.m. Advance payment in cash. 35 euros per night for three people. Electricity, water, and waste disposal/fresh water are all included. The pitches are divided by hedges, and the many large trees provide shade. Free choice of pitch.
The value for money is unbeatable. We stayed for two nights and cycled to Lucca several times.
We would love to come back.

We spent 3 days at the site, in June 2025. Overall it is a functional site, with the location as a huge asset. Walking and cycling distance to amazing Lucca … perfect! The site was a little above average, with relatively small stalls, but it was cozy and it worked. With a renovation of the toilet / and shower facilities the site would be top notch, but the current sanitary conditions are worn out, outdated (compared to other Motorhome sites) and not particularly appealing.
But the good and flexible service and the location make us come back.

I can only say good. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness of bathrooms and showers, the same can be said for the whole area. Ideal place to visit the city: with a walk or on a Vespa. Good base for riding around the surrounding hills, I will gladly return.

An oasis of peace just a few minutes walk from the city of Lucca. Andrea is super helpful and a hard worker, trust him for anything, especially if you don't know how to get around the city to avoid the classic "tourist traps".

Pets allowed (obviously not in the swimming pool or in the bathrooms and showers)

Our experience was positive, two people and a chihuahua. Two days of stay to visit an incredibly beautiful city. LUCCA. Pool ok clean bathrooms terribly hot showers and hot water in sinks and basins, washing machine and dryer, adequate pitches with limits in laurel vegetation, water, electricity for each pitch, adequate shade with tall birch trees. Silence reigns at night.

We had a very comfortable stay here for three nights. The restrooms were a bit dated, but clean. The cheaper pitches were in the shade. The pool wasn't open yet, so we went for a swim in the river. The beautiful city of Lucca is a quick bike ride away. From here, the train to Pisa is super convenient.

Great, quiet spot with plenty of shade. The restroom facilities are so-so. The town is easily accessible in just a few minutes. The pool is very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful camper area, 10 minutes walk from the city walls.
Very clean facilities, very hot water, the pitches are well marked and spacious. The manager is helpful and very kind. I recommend it without a doubt.
