The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly.

Very friendly, family owned hotel. Nice, spacious room. Delicious food. Small but nice spa area. Great location at the entrance of the valley.

We stayed for a long weekend. Rooms Spacious and clean. Simple but comfortable and with everything you need. Facilities Despite the renovated rooms (at least the one assigned to us), the facility shows obvious signs of age. Fixtures from the 1950s and 1960s and other details leave an aftertaste of modernism rather than vintage. Meals Good and plentiful breakfast. Dinner wasn't particularly outstanding but was good, not particularly rich in traditional dishes. Service The family who runs it was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The dining room staff, despite a clear effort to appear polite, showed a certain hostility and annoyance towards us. Nothing explicit, except a few brusque responses and annoyed grimaces, which were promptly compensated with forced smiles. I hadn't experienced anything like that in South Tyrol in 30 years. Overall, we had a good time, and I must say it's a good value for money.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was stunning, everything was brand new and even had a dishwasher. The spacious balcony had a lovely view, the pool was beautiful, and the wellness center was very nice. Highly recommended!
