Here you feel at home. The simplicity, authenticity and goodness of the dishes is indisputable. If you want to eat really well it's a must. 10 out of 10 for the pici cacio e pepe..for the pasta carbonara..which is world-class..for the ragù..for the buffalo mozzarella..for the cheeses..for the riot of cooked vegetables..for the many cold cuts served with Schiacciata. . ice cream served with orange flavored oil.. full marks. Simplicity that marries taste and love for cooking. Tireless Luca always looking for quality suppliers scattered among the hills of our beautiful Italy. With how much passion he describes the uniqueness of his raw materials. Here you will find only quality. Well done. Keep it up!

Locale che è la storia di Livorno, la località Cisternino era il "fuori porta" dei livornesi negli anni 60/70; Luca ed Emiliano, figli di Aurelio, hanno ripensato il locale trasformandolo in un osteria con prodotti di alta qualità, sia che si tratti di salumi e formaggi, ma anche pasta e carni, per non parlare degli oli dove qui si possono assaggiare davvero le migliori bruschette di Livorno; il forno a legna alza ancor di più il valore di detti prodotti, una sola parola....Bravi

Trattoria in the heart of the greenery, in Cisternino. Ample parking. Lasagna, soup are the order of the day. Cold cuts of all kinds and excellent sandwiches. I recommend it

Nice and family atmosphere, excellent quality meats and cheeses. Excellent cuisine always at a family level, on Tuesdays there is home-produced porchetta and then during the week in roast beef, vegetables, lasagne, and other delicacies (cooked in a wood oven). On Tuesdays the buffalo mozzarella also arrives directly from Salerno. For a few months they have also been making quality express first courses!! Must try!@
