14/02/2025: Excellent food, really generous portions.
12/02/2025: Reviewing this place has become a routine. I've already done it, and I'll have to do it again because every time it surpasses itself and manages to amaze me... the unique, fun, lively format of the lunch formula, I've already explained it in detail, so I won't bore you by repeating myself... but Marco, the chef, even today with a magic of artichokes and calamari induced me to put this culinary ecstasy down on paper... how could I not share such a moment of pleasure? You can't keep it all to yourself...it has to be shared, what are you waiting for to try this place??? I'm saying it for you...you don't know what you're missing, believe me...
P.s. I have to say a word also for today's whim... For those who don't know it, it's the entrée that Alessio, the owner of the place, offers you at a price, already modest, in the lunch formula... today there was a taste of legume and chard ribollita, to be framed,...
And with a bow, I also want to remember the queen of the place... the cacio e pepe, where the pici are creamed directly in the form of parmesan, cut in half, in plain sight in the dining room... every time she steals the attention of the diners and collects photos and videos and amazement... thanks to the beautiful girls in the dining room, to Giampy and Valter (his punch deserves a separate review)...
