It's a relaxed environment, the food is delicious and the price is very affordable. I recommend the Val d'Ostana Milanese with chips. I also liked the chocolate bunt. The only thing I would like are bottled craft beers such as Kauss or Antagonists which are local products. There are many wines to choose from and also an aperitif. In my opinion, craft beer would be missing... However, we have already gone twice and everything was great... we will gladly return

Dinner kindly offered by the Valvaraita dairy so I can't comment on the price. Very nice recently renovated place, with a beautiful adjoining room for dinners or parties. Really good food. Fast and kind service.

Optimal. I stopped by one afternoon just before August 24th after a nice walk in the mountains. Quick meal with hot dish (courgettes, potatoes, sausage) and fresh bread. Excellent beer. Attentive and friendly service. Well done!

30/12/2024: A truly enjoyable dinner. We liked everything and really had a great time. A slightly hidden place in the center of Canale, with a small room, plus the tables in the garden in the summer. Well-groomed, tasty and properly prepared dishes. We also felt pampered on the way out when we received a small bag of delicious biscuits as a gift!
17/12/2024: We ate with my wife for lunch on Tuesday, in a quiet environment, with sincerely kind service. It was truly a pleasure both for the palate and for Valentina's presence in the room. We tasted an appetizer (veal with tuna sauce), two exquisite first courses (tajiarin with ragù and gnocchi with blue sauce) and a second course (cheek with mashed potatoes), which were preceded by a delicious caponata. We then concluded with two equally good desserts, all accompanied by a very pleasant local Dolcetto for lunch. Absolutely recommended place.
