Excellent yeasts of the right size to satisfy the whim of a good traditional breakfast without feeling "too" guilty... I recommend the simple puff pastry croissant or one filled with an exquisite jam, the cream croissant and the wholemeal one is my favorite but, unfortunately , when I manage to treat myself to this delicious breakfast in the morning it is very early, and they have not yet been baked.
