As an American living in France, I was thrilled to find somewhere that actually knows how to use a smoker! BarBees was a dream. The menu was amazing. We tried the mixed platter, the brisket, and the homemade hazelnut ice cream. It was the most beautiful marriage of American and Italian styles. You won’t regret it. Go.

I love slow cooking great BBQ and finding outstanding BBQ joints across the USA. But a great BBQ joint in Italy's Piedmont? Absolutely! They do not do sauce, and you don't need it. We tried everything they make and it was all good. Barbees could compete with most BBQ joints in the US and honestly, the sides are even better.

And at the table... a true triumph of flavors: authentic dishes, cooked with love, that made us feel pampered from start to finish. 21/08/2025: We stayed one night in the wonderful house in the woods with its adjoining wellness area. Everything was perfect. The restaurant offered delicious food and impeccable service. The staff were extremely kind and professional in resolving issues related to the bad weather (there was a storm). We'll definitely be back!

26/08/2025: Unfortunately we had a bit of a disappointing dinner at osteria tre case tonight. The poor waitresses were very stretched meaning service was very slow. Food was tasty though
