Iconic place for what concerns Milan to drink. Here at Bar Basso in the 70s of the last century the Negroni Sbagliato was born by the hand of Mr. Stocco, a barman with all the trimmings. And the Sbagliato and the classic Negroni are their specialty! Good and abundant accompanying platters, professional and well-trained waiting staff, old-school waiters with uniforms! I left satisfied in every sense. On average the count is higher than other bars but definitely in line with the service offered!

Historic Milanese bar that you have to stop by at least once! The super negronis in giant glasses are inimitable. Obviously, being so popular, it is also super crowded on weekends, I recommend those who are in the area to have an aperitif there during the week to avoid the crowds. Also open during the day with a cafeteria and decent breakfasts and I think also sandwiches or other things for lunch, but not up to the level of the evening service.

Milanese institution known for their Spritz in traditional setting. Staff are what make the venue -gracious hosts. Worth checking ahead if fashion week or trade shows are happening at the same time within the city as it's a likely hangout/meeting spot for those visiting and can be very crowded and considered a 'place to be seen' with some communities.

There is a comfortable bar where you can enjoy a drink in the hotel. Several guests were drinking at the bar. The customer stood by the bar while the bartender brought his drink. People usually come to the bar to order drinks

Locale storico per l aperitivo a Milano. Un classico che non passa mai di moda. Ottimi aperitivi. Vale sempre la pena andarci ogni tanto.

31/07/2025: I often come here for aperitifs or after-dinner drinks, and I've always had a great time! The staff is young but very knowledgeable and friendly! I usually order the IPA or the coffee Negroni, which is excellent!
