Exceptional Roma starter with marinated, au gratin, steamed, stewed, all fresh and tasty accompanied by excellent classic sauces; the risotto alla Maurizia is very good; returned after some time, always found quality, professionalism and courtesy. Large spacious elegant room, on summer evenings the veranda on the beach is pleasant.

La cucina di Mattia è sempre al top, raffinata e gustosa con pesce freschissimo. Il tutto accompagnato dalla simpatia e dal calore di Ghibo ottimo maitre. 😜

I had been years ago and ate well, I can't say the same about this time. Dated environment but that's not a problem. Food below expectations, the fried food was rubbery and probably not too fresh. The spaghetti with seafood also disappointed me, normal portion and not very good fish. Friendly staff.
