31/12/2024: The pancakes were good but I wasn't happy with the fact that my "honey, cream and walnuts" cap didn't have any walnuts. A tragedy due to the lack of an ingredient? Absolutely not but I didn't like the answers I was given when we pointed it out at all. They still made us pay in full for a non-full cappuccino. I will also pass by "purciara" as they say in Rome but it doesn't matter. We left from San Cesareo to have breakfast in this café and no, it was not a good experience. An error, a shortcoming, a problem can exist, for goodness sake. We work in catering and we can understand everything but we need to know how to manage things in the right way and in this case this was not the case. If you don't have an ingredient you MUST first notify us and then either propose an alternative or at most give a minimum discount. The customer is not always right but I believe knowing how to deal with him is the basis.

24/12/2024: Young and professional staff, they were very kind and the food was super! Also highly recommended for a nice brunch❤️
