We were welcomed into a refined and elegantly designed setting, where every detail, from the lighting to the choice of furnishings, contributes to creating a warm and thoughtful atmosphere, perfect for a delicious and relaxing dinner.
The menu immediately won us over, and every dish exceeded our expectations. The appetizers were a true triumph of freshness and delicacy: the tuna carpaccio melted in the mouth, perfectly balanced in flavor, as did the panzanella, revisited with taste and lightness. The dolphinfish and sea bream carpaccios were also exceptional, showcasing the quality of the fish elegantly and without excess.
For main courses, we sampled both the heifer and tuna tataki: two dishes impeccably cooked, flavorful, and presented. The heifer tataki, in particular, is striking for its tenderness and intense yet never overpowering flavor, while the tuna tataki maintains a surprising freshness and delicacy.
To conclude on a sweet note, a simply perfect chocolate cake, with a soft and enveloping center, and a delicate yet bold crème brûlée.
In short, the perfect finale to a memorable tasting experience.
Everything was accompanied by a selection of wines, capable of enhancing each course without ever overpowering it: a smooth and structured red perfectly complemented everything.

27/08/2025: A charming, friendly, and welcoming place. Excellent cuisine, curated by the young but meticulous chef Giuseppe, features an ever-changing menu with carefully crafted and well-structured dishes, and, crucially, uses only the finest ingredients. The wine list ranges from obscure but excellent gems to high-end labels. Never a disappointment.
The service is fast, attentive, and friendly, led by Natalie and Veronica.
Open for lunch Monday through Friday, and also in the evening on Fridays.
