But every now and then, you have to take your hat off to those who know how to do something different, but do it like a master. This brewery in Val d'Orcia is one of those surprises that make you happy. You immediately sense that it's not a tourist trap, but that behind it are people who study and use top-quality ingredients. The beers are clean, flavorful, each with its own character. The place is charming; you sit down, chat with the person who pours your beer for you and explains everything to you politely.
