Bar Antico Borgo In Torino

There is no story! The Antico Borgo is not just any bar but THE BAR to go to if you want to warm your heart. The coffees, cappuccinos, chocolates, etc. are taken care of down to the smallest detail by superlative staff! Young guys with a great desire to do, super kind, friendly and ready for any of your requests. The place is taken care of down to the smallest details! Starting from the food up to the 60s design. I had the opportunity to frequent the place during the CHRISTMAS period! A real treat, I recommend it!

The variety of both sweet and savory foods is truly surprising, objectively the largest I have found at least in Turin. You can choose from various types of cakes, sweet breads, rolls and the croissants are delicious and can be filled with an impressive multitude of possible fillings. The coffee shop is excellent, to this day it remains the best cappuccino I have drunk. The staff is not only kind, but also open and you can joke, chat... humanity and friendliness. Last but not least, the environment. It feels like being transported to an American kitchen/living room from the 1950s/60s, with great attention to detail. Music in turn creates a welcoming environment. The outdoor area is nice, and the tables have tablecloths that are always clean and tidy. I miss having breakfast at Antico Borgo ☺️

My certainty of Borgo Dora. The guys from Antico Borgo are spectacular. Here everything is a certainty: from brioches to sandwiches, biscuits, pancakes, take your pick! Breakfast here and the day hits the ground running!

This place is located right in the center of Balon and it is really pleasant to stop for a breakfast or a snack. The service is fast and the staff courteous. The only flaw is that there aren't many places to sit, so you have to have a little patience or go at times that tend to be less crowded. The hot chocolate is delicious, I highly recommend it, and the desserts are really good too.

Dall’esterno, il locale potrebbe non catturare subito l’attenzione, ma una volta dentro, si rivela un vero gioiellino accogliente e curato. Abbiamo gustato due brioches, una al pistacchio e l’altra alla marmellata, farcite al momento, accompagnate da un cappuccino (tot. 4.40€, ottimo). Colazione semplice ma deliziosa, resa ancora più piacevole dalla cordialità e professionalità del personale. Si vede che lavorano con passione! L’arredamento interno, con camerieri in abiti a tema, aggiunge un tocco di originalità, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. In definitiva, un ottimo posto per una colazione autentica e rilassante a Torino. Consigliatissimo!

Beautiful bar, good music from the 50s and 60s. A beautiful leap into the past. We had a berry tart and some good, quality cappuccino at a fair price. We'll be back!
