Class and style, a rarity today!

Everything was superb!!! Everyone was super kind and always smiling!

During a weekend trip to Sondrio with my husband and kids, we were directed to this slightly old-fashioned (1970s) bar in the historic center for a classic "bitter," or "the king of aperitifs," as the friendly lady at the counter called it. From the outside, it didn't look like much, with a tiny room inside—but a large bar!—and then lots of tables outside. But it was Saturday night, and in no time, the place filled up with obvious regulars, so—in addition to the drinks and appetizers—we realized that the real plus of this place was the service, truly friendly, courteous, and fast! The aperitif was good, the location was historic and pleasant, the service excellent, and the price was also good: I would go back and recommend it!
