The service is great. I don't speak Italian very well and whenever I go to the bar, even if the bartender is different, I get great service. They explain to me the flavors of what I order, they even give me instructions on what to eat. The pistachio and ricotta cornetto are delicious. The ricotta cannoli is perfect. The prices are ok, today I paid €1.30 for a large corneto (the biggest one I've eaten so far). The other day my husband and I went and the bill was €5.70, so it's great for 2 people.

Locale semplice, ma con buoni prodotti di pasticceria e gelato. Per noi un riferimento durante le ferie in zona. Personale cortese. Prezzi nella media.

On the occasion of a birthday party, friends advised me to go to the Bar Pasticceria Alta Marea to purchase sweets and cakes. At first glance I was struck by the welcome of the qualified staff, advising me and satisfying my requests. I would also add that I always receive compliments on my purchases of various desserts and cakes. I recommend it.

I purchased an ice cream cake for a graduation party. I can wholeheartedly express my positive opinion. In particular, it was excellent, good and tasty. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and the place was welcoming. I recommend it for any event. The staff is capable of satisfying every request. . I also take this opportunity to thank the staff employed at Bar Alta Marea.

We have always had every type of dessert, from the simple croissant to the most varied cakes, and the quality is always excellent. The service and staff in general were also excellent (Marinella was fantastic). Advised.

26/12/2024: Historic place in Messina. Over the years I have always eaten very well, the dishes based on stockfish and the baked pasta are highly recommended, as well as the rustici and in general everything that the house offers. Unfortunately lately it's been losing steam, I don't know if it's due to the current management. I had to get a cold drink with cream and after they made me pay for it they told me that there was no cream or coffee granita and they showed up with cold coffee taken from a bottle. I hope it was an occasional oversight and that there is a way to prove it wrong later on other occasions.
