I'm always looking to see what's changing at this business. I've now booked a cooking class with five friends to learn how to make the pasta alla Mugnaia, which originated in this region. Our grandmother, Gabriella, taught us, with the help of the head chef and another cook. We prepared the pasta and the sauce. It was an unforgettable experience, especially since we ate the fruits of our labors at the end with everyone involved, including some family members. A great thing for vacationers in the area.
