Excellent food, spectacular! Very helpful and courteous service. Excellent hospitality. Clean rooms in classic Tuscan style. The pappardelle were perfect: cooked, thick, and seasoned to perfection! The pork with mushrooms was incredibly tender. The cheesecake was delicious.

18/04/2026: I'm back after months and can only confirm what I've already said. Amazing pizza...offered in dozens of flavors with unique and delicious combinations. Obsessive care and attention to the raw materials used and prepared with passion. On top of all this...the staff is extremely kind and knows how to turn a simple stop for a pizza by the slice into a special moment of sharing! Well done! 10 out of 10

12/07/2026: Pizza for me! Thin, well-cooked, and well-topped, at an unbeatable price, served by friendly people in an old-fashioned Tuscan restaurant. A healthy, super clean place, and if you're looking for fresh, green, and old-fashioned hospitality, all on a budget, this is the place for you. I'll leave you the list of pizzas, but they also have an à la carte restaurant menu on weekends and a fixed-price menu during the week. If you're looking to get your hair done in the Sieve Valley or Mugello, this is the place for you.
