Bar Alba In Palermo

Courteous staff, elegant atmosphere. Excellent aperitif and exquisite pastries. The new restaurant is also excellent, where I ate delicious fried artichokes, stringy fries, and pizza.

Last night we had dinner at Bar Alba. Exceptional pizza and prompt, attentive service...thanks to Mr. Claudio.

I had the opportunity to visit Bar Pizzeria Ristorante Alba Don Bosco and the overall experience was positive. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to customer requests, helping to create a welcoming and calm atmosphere. The place appears tidy and clean, an important and appreciated aspect. The spaces are well-organized, and the environment is meticulously maintained. The only aspect that, in my opinion, could be improved is the lighting, which leaves something to be desired in some areas and makes the space seem slightly less appealing than it could be. With more carefully considered and uniform lighting, the atmosphere would be even more pleasant. Overall, it's still a welcoming place, with courteous staff and a good level of order and cleanliness.

We had the perfect evening. Claudio Amalia and Maestro Roi were a cut above the rest. I'll be back.

I'm sorry to read some of the reviews, I was in Palermo for the Christmas holidays and I bought a bit of everything and I had a great time also with the very attentive and kind staff.... As soon as I return to Palermo I will definitely go back there

I went to Bar Alba a month ago and found it much improved. The outdoor spaces are well-organized, and the lunch was pleasant. Ordering was easy thanks to a kind lady who guided us through our choices. The tablet found in every place allows you to add whatever you want to your order. Recommended. I'll always be back. Today for lunch I had tagliatelle with ricotta, artichokes, and pecorino. There weren't any tagliatelle, so I chose linguine. It's a shame, I would have preferred fresh pasta. It was just a little undersalted, but it was good. The dish was a little cold. I'd recommend warming the serving dish. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

One of the few places where we vegetarians can eat good arancini, from 12:00-12:30 onwards you can find arancini with spinach, porcini mushrooms and norma!
