We were fortunate enough to stay in Palermo, and for a week we enjoyed all the specialties of this pastry shop. Here you'll find kindness, top-notch professionalism, everyone in uniform and always available, and the owner is extremely polite! Well done! What can I say.... You made our holiday unique! "I had a fantastic experience at Bar Alba! The waiters, Claudio and Irina, were incredibly friendly and professional. They took care of me attentively and made my stay at the bar truly enjoyable. The service was quick and efficient, and the quality of the drinks and snacks was excellent. I felt at home and appreciated their kindness and helpfulness. Sistemato dopo tanti anni interlocutori in uno stile classico ed elegante. Eppure il gelato rimane quello storicamente ottimo (brioche, coni o coppette che siano). Provato il cioccolato fondente all’arancia e la zuppa inglese…entrambi buonissimi. La panna come sempre fresca e’ un must!

12/10/2025: Indescribable flavors, from a simple salad to a delicious swordfish. Homemade bread! The service is as Sicilian as can be, enjoying a typical Italian restaurant. Small portions, but I suppose that's because you have to follow in their footsteps for the first and second appetizers. And of course, they are. Don't miss this; it's worth it, simple and of good quality. I took the photos just to show you because they don't do justice to the flavor... We ordered a mixed salad (the best I've had from Rome to Palermo), swordfish, and if you like sardines, the pulpets, which you'll never believe could be made with sardines. Excellent, I loved it.
17/07/2025: Great experience at a fair price! The penne alla norma was the best I've ever eaten.
