Great place for a glass of wine, very tasty food and friendly people we went back many times

I took some friends to see the Rocca at sunset, making sure the bar was still open at 7:30 PM. After receiving the requested reassurance, we were able to enjoy the owner's hospitality and welcome. Sandwiches were freshly prepared and filled with the best local products. The perfect happy ending after the beautiful sunset over the Rocca. I stop there every time I go to Calascio to enjoy at least one sandwich. I recommend it only if you're not too concerned with the form but rather with the substance. Lastly... my friends were very happy, especially because from the outside the bar didn't seem very promising. They were right to trust me, and to this day they thank me for the wonderful afternoon we spent together, especially for the fun and games part. 😂🤪

It was recommended to me. I expected good food and courtesy, but I couldn't have imagined I'd also find invaluable assistance in choosing wines. Serena, with her kindness and professionalism, was able to complement the traditional dishes with an excellent wine (also a local product). It's the perfect place for those who love authentic products and the flavors of yesteryear.

A unique place. In this Abruzzo town, there aren't many places to stop for a snack, and along the road you find this bar. It seems unremarkable, but it offers excellent cheeses, cured meats, fried pizza, and sandwiches, accompanied by freshly made commercial and craft beers. The service could be improved in explaining what's on offer, and it's a shame about the cheese prices, which are quite high and "by eye," which I found disappointing. But overall, it's a good stop.
