Visited Bar-al-Centro as our first break on a Radreisen cycling tour centred in Abano Terme, and after a 15km early morning cycle, what a delightful venue to find…!
Located in the shadow of Chiesa Madre di Santa Maria Assunta this venue boasts beautiful sheltered gardens accessed through a narrow concealed gateway hidden away from view, you could very easily miss it..! The terrace holds an elevated position with an amazing view, as morning heat rose this was the perfect place for a cooling refreshment… you would not be disappointed..
Fuelled with Espresso and brioche, we continued into the Euganean Hills…
