A great and unpretentious place frequented by locals. Everything we are was delicious. Friendly and courteous service and we like it so much that we went back twice during our brief stay!

We went there for lunch. Lots of locals come to the bar. We sat outside with a great view of the canal. The service was great. English isn't spoken much, and you can get by with just a little Italian. There's no printed menu, but you can read the dishes inside because they're written on blackboards on the wall. The food is really good, local food and not too touristy. It's well-cooked and honest. Our small insalata mista even had artichokes and nuts. We were absolutely thrilled. If you want honest, home-style food away from the tourists, this is the place for you!

An unpretentious place with a charming welcome and high-quality cichetti. Ask for the charcuterie and cheese platter, a real treat. Very, very reasonable prices. A wonderful view of Venice. I recommend this place just outside Pallanca station, line 2.

Away from the mess of tourist crowds, a friendly and quality place. Mixed dishes (excellent fish) and cicchetti freshly prepared with pleasant advice and attention to local specialties. Prices absolutely in line with the dishes and the service: one more reason to stretch out on the Giudecca, in addition to escaping from the masses of an overcrowded weekend

We had a delicious dinner in a beautiful canal-front setting. Casual & unpretentious. Very friendly service. Our server was so nice. The hospitality was authentic! A yummy dinner of salad, pasta, drinks, coffee & dessert in a beautiful and welcoming setting.
