for me the best ramen I tasted in Florence, excellent service and a relaxed environment without too many frills, excellent!

It’s located at a corner of the street and we nearly missed it coz the name is at the other side of the corner. From the main road, we thought it was a bakery as there were lotsa baked goods (something not very likely in a 🇯🇵 restaurant). 😉 but the outcome of the ramen taste is quite authentic (maybe not fully same as in 🇯🇵) but very acceptable quality. The menu is lengthy and needs some digestion before we can order 🤪 quite well patronised as there are crowds drifting in and out constantly. Service staff is polite and friendly 👍🏻 they can understand English which makes comm easier. 👍🏻

Top Ramen in the center of Florence, one of the few that also makes it with fish broth. They have few places so despite the two shifts it is not always possible to find a place.

Very decent Ramen for its price! If you are looking for a good Ramen in a tight budget thats the place! And even better than others in the city that cost 12 euros and more. The food was really good in general and also the service and ambience.

This casual place is perfect for an evening with family and friends!
I have been coming here for 10 years with my sister. I also came with my mother (vegan), my father (who only eats Tuscan), other relatives and a group of friends: everyone loved it!
The staff is always kind and friendly, the waiters welcome you with a smile. The place is a pastry shop in the historic center of Florence, and it is very nice.
It is located near Piazza Santa Maria Novella, and is easily reachable on foot and by bus.

Non lasciatevi ingannare dalla location, essendo anche un bar, Banki Ramen può trarre in inganno gli avventori ma superato lo “shock” iniziale ci si trova davanti ad un ottimo ristorante che serve il tipico ramen giapponese.
La scelta del ramen (consigliato il menu combinato) è ampia e variegata e i gyoza da accompagnamento sono ottimi.
Sicuramente un posto in cui tornerò spesso

Banki ramen è uno dei posti del cuore a Firenze. Menu semplice, varie tipologie di ramen, possibilità di accompagnarlo con ravioli e altre specialità.
Ramen servito nella ciotola con cucchiaio tradizionale in legno, una chicca.
Caldo e godurioso come solo un buon ramen sa essere. Servizio cortese. Bisogna solo accettare di fare la fila perché è spesso pieno!
