My husband and I went for lunch for the first time on a Saturday (November 1st) on the recommendation of a colleague who had been to Japan and had tried authentic ramen. We were very pleased; the ramen broth was delicious. We chose a combo menu that included ramen, fried rice, gyoza, and cabbage as a side. Everything was very good, even the rice. For two, we spent €29.50 for ramen, the combo menu, and 1.5L of water. Excellent prices for being in the center of Florence. The staff was attentive and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

we're craving for Asian food and were looking for Asian food near our hotel and found this place with pretty good rating. ordered the miso ramen which was just mediocre. taste-wise, can't compare to what we can get in Asia but it's pretty decent. the miso in the soup is not strong and would be better if the egg is not hard boiled. the gyoza is slightly better although the skin is a bit thick. not bad if you're looking for Asian food.

The best ramen in Florence, cooked according to Japanese tradition! The rice with meat and grilled gyoza are also excellent. Service is good, but could be improved. The atmosphere is very simple and clean. We recommend arriving early for dinner because they don't take reservations and portions are limited.

22/10/2025: Beautiful renovation, fabulous location! Regarding the menu... something new, like the fried shrimp in potato spaghetti, excellent. I was also amazed by the grilled ravioli, which were truly excellent. Not a lot of wines, but they weren't ordinary. In short, we'll be back. Everything was good, perfect service.
19/10/2025: I go there every week. I often order takeout, but when I do eat in, I always have a great time. Excellent food and service. The location is very beautiful and welcoming.

M3 Sushi Bar

24/09/2025: A sushi bar, though small in size, offers a high level of quality that has certainly won over local customers. We've eaten there several times but have also tried takeout and poke. The owners are a friendly couple who know how to take care of their customers, and the sushi man is a pleasure to watch as he prepares the dishes. 👍👍👍
09/08/2025: Small but very welcoming, we've been coming here every month, and the staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Very good, high-quality food.
