In the Prati district, a new restaurant is striking for its refinement and very high quality cuisine: “Bistrot Banco Vino” in Via Pietro Borsieri, 27. 🌺 The place is very elegant and welcoming! The interior is not very large, but it has a delightful outdoor area, furnished with tastefully chosen plants!!! 🌿🪴🍀The atmosphere is very particular thanks to the furnishings, the warm lights and the selection of lounge and jazz music in the background! 🌷🎶🌷 It's a place with attention to the smallest details! Inside, the walls offer a series of niche products that can be purchased by the most curious customers eager to try the delights of our Italy. 💚🤍❤️ The dishes we tried were delicious: crostini with creamed cod, baby octopus in sauce and Roman tripe with chickpeas (fantastic)! The chocolate cake with the tender heart is delicious ❤️ the couvee Clement recommended by the friendly Andrea Baroni is also excellent. 🥂🍾🍷 Excellent value for money🌿🌷 A place absolutely to be recommended!!!🌷👏🌺👏🌸👏 it is also very good for aperitifs, given Baroni's great experience🍀

It's super cute with great food and probably the best selection of biodynamic wines in Rome. Ask for Andrea. He runs the place and will tell you the story of each of their 400 wines. We ate and drink a lot... and spent less than 50 euro per person

went here for a glass of wine after visiting the vatican. the bartender, Ludovica, if I am not mistaken offered us her take on the Spritz. It was fresh, delicious and quenched our thirst. We then wanted to follow it with some Rose, and asked for some recommendations. The bartender recommended to get a bottle instead of the glass, which we were happy to! When it was time for us to leave for our dinner reservation, Ludo was kind to give us a cork to plug the bottle. We went our way merrily!

Got here by accident. I was alone. Came in for a cocktail and a light snack, chatted in English. The boy and the older man, surpassed everything. The most beautiful and human relationship to the client. Even when I asked about the differences and why this particular dish was on the menu - I was given a piece to try to decide. The atmosphere is like in a friendly bar, where everyone is their own. 6 stars out of 5. UNBEATABLE.

Great quality food beautifully prepared. We enjoyed a selection of dishes. An excellent selection of quality wines too, the bottle of Chianti we had was very nice.
