Every return is a guarantee! Quality sushi. Finally, plentiful and fresh edamame... A delight for my palate! The waitresses always seem tired, while the guy is always cheerful and kind.

Definitely one of the best sushi restaurants in South Tyrol. The numerous all-you-can-eat options, especially prevalent in cities, don't even come close to this level of quality. The selection is extensive, and the individual dishes are presented beautifully. The prices are also commensurate with the quality. The only criticism is the ambiance, specifically the outdoor area. It's used more or less six months a year, but compared to the very pleasant interior, it feels rather neglected: Overgrown plants and a "play area" that isn't particularly inviting for children are juxtaposed with a small pond, which, in the warmer months, serves only as a mosquito magnet and doesn't really enhance the space. In my opinion, a few adjustments need to be made here for the overall impression to truly earn a 5-star rating. Of course, Bambus remains the number one choice in the area. Sushi lovers should definitely stop by and see for themselves!

Please note: there's no all-you-can-eat option, only an à la carte menu. The atmosphere is nice but nothing special, and the service is a bit confused and inattentive. The food quality is average to high, but not justified by the overall price.

I've been to Bambus twice and can honestly say it's become my favorite sushi restaurant. The quality of the fish is truly excellent, always fresh, and with attention to detail. The dishes are a little more expensive than average, but the quality is definitely worth it. As for the service, the first time I found it friendly and helpful, while the second time I felt the staff was a bit stressed and less attentive. Nothing serious can happen; it didn't ruin the experience. It's still a place I recommend.

Decent restaurant, but I don't think I'll be returning. The food is typical for these places, and the fried ice cream is below average.

Over the years, I've toured various sushi restaurants in various cities, hunting for the best, with the most well-known names among the highly rated, but the uramaki at this restaurant, in terms of quality, freshness, and deliciousness of the product, are still unmatched. Congratulations
