The furniture and various accessories in Chinese style are very beautiful and the service is also worth it for two things, one for the kindness of the waiters and two because they serve the dishes at your table in an average of 15-20 minutes. The food is also good but perhaps the portions should be less abundant.

My favorite sushi outside of Bolzano! The fish is of good quality, the service is friendly and you can also come pick up sushi. The prices are okay, I recommend ordering the Barcas, best value for money!

I only gave 3 stars to the environment because I don't like the place very much because it's very hidden and difficult to find and it's not that great, but everything else was TOP. Well done!!!

15/12/2024: Very good sushi. Crab tempura not the best. Water served in a plastic bottle, I would have expected something more for what it costs.
14/12/2024: Bamboo is one of those places that wins you over from the first moment. It is undoubtedly among my favorite fusion restaurants in Bolzano, and every time I go back it is a confirmation of its superior quality. The dishes are simply impeccable, presented with care and attention to detail that does not go unnoticed. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner, but also for an evening with friends. The staff is always friendly and professional, attentive without ever being intrusive. It's one of those places where you know you're in good hands from start to finish.

Insushi

22/11/2024: Insushi is the classic place where I already know I'm on the safe side when I want sushi. The quality of the food is always impeccable: the fish is very fresh and the dishes are presented with care. Whether it's sushi, sashimi or some hot appetizer, you can see the attention to detail and preparation. The atmosphere is welcoming, even if the place is not very large. I usually prefer to book, because especially at peak times it can be a bit crowded, but this is also a sign of the popularity of the place. For me, Insushi is a perfect choice for a quality dinner in Bolzano, whether with friends, as a couple or even just for a quiet evening. A restaurant that continues to confirm itself as among the best in the city in its category!
13/09/2024: Food is great and at very reasonable rice. Sushi rice is well seasoned. Everything is served in big pieces. I've never eaten salmon shasimi cut this big. Totally recommend.
